    Synopsis
Cross Academy is attended by two groups of students: the Day Class and the Night Class. At twilight, when the students of the Day Class return to their dorm, they cross paths with the Night Class on their way to school. Yuki Cross and Zero Kiryu are the Guardians of the school, protecting the Day Class from the Academy’s dark secret: the Night Class is full of vampires!

Yuki sneaks into an exclusive vampire party and sees Aido’s parents introducing their daughter to Kananme. They, like many other Night Class parents, desire an alliance with the pureblood. Kaname is the most eligible bachelor in vampire society—but will he choose Yuki?

    Catch up.... 1: Cross Academy, a private boarding school, is where the Day Class and the Night Class coexist. The Night Class—a group of beautiful elite students—are all vampires!
2: four years ago, the pureblood Shizuki bit Zero and turned him into a vampire. Yuki has vowed to protect him. Shizuka’s blood is necessary to save Zero from madness. Yuki tries to offer herself to Shizuka to save him, but Kanname secretly kills Shizuki.
3: Zero is accused of killing Shizuka. Kaname defends Zero and uses the occasion to warn the Vampire Senate not to interfere with Cross Academy. Zero wanted revenge against Shizuka, but he starts to change as Yuki’s tenderness touches him. But with Shizuka dead, Zero cannot escape his fate from falling to Level E!!

The People
Yuki Cross: the heroine. The adopted daughter of the Headmaster, and a Guardian who protects Cross Academy.
Zero Kiryu: Yuki’s childhood friend, and a Guardian. Shizuka turned him into a vampire. He will eventually lose his sanity, falling to level E.
Head Master Cross: the adoptive father
Kaname Kuran: Night Class President and pureblood vampire. Yuki adores him. (He saved her live 10 years ago)
[NIGHTCLASS STUDENTS]
Hanabusa Aido, nicknamed Idol
Akatsuki Kain, nicknamed Wild (above cousin) Ichiru: zero’s younger twin brother. He betrayed his family and served Shizuka.
Shizuka Hio: the pureblood who robbed Zero of his family. Kanmane killed her.
{* Purebloods are vampires who do not have a single drop of human blood in their lineage. They are very powerful, and they can turn humans into vampires by drinking their blood.}

I want Yuki to smile.....
Zero becomes aware of his sinful feelings!

What happens....
Vol 6: there all on holidays.
Vol 7: there back and Yoki has a question to ask Kaname but she can’t seem to get it past her lips.

It’s about the past.
Both volumes really. They are about Yuki’s past. She doesn’t remember it. And all of a sudden she needs to know what happened.
An old enemy returns for revenge, but we aren’t fully sure of the whys or who’s yet (though there’s hints, but so many more questions).
There’s past of Kaname but more so Aido who.... {yeah, I’ll keep this bit to myself}
And a sweet prompting that makes me crave the next volume!
Really these two books are full of information and questions that need answering.

This is the reason I associate these manga’s to a soap Opera because it take a long time to get to a point.
—I’m not saying anything bad about this it’s just something that much better read together than having to wait. (It’s gonna be a killer when I get to a point that I have to wait months, rather than weeks)
But it’s still so grippingly good that you can’t stop once you start.

There’s fun, laughter and tension that tightens up your chest making you realise you’re not breathing.
It’s beautiful and....
Well, there’s one thing that’s annoying—the speech bubbles. Are a little confusing. Something it takes me a minute to realise the other person said that. Mostly because it’s not what they would say.
But other than that (which really isn’t important) it’s a great series and I can’t wait for the next two.

P.S the reason I write these in two book form is because I don’t want to give anything away. And this way, I can’t, there is so much I haven’t said. So read it and find out for yourself!

   When we continue....                  It’s time to wake up....
...before you go mad....
