      Thoughts
this may have been an anticipated book, but it was like reading what we already knew—if you are a fan and you have read all the above books before you got to this one, it’s a little bit of common knowledge all put together and linked in a way that’s a harsh way for Ash to live, but there wasn’t anything in it that made me cringe with sympathy—I already knew it all. Or had the full basis of the idea of all he went through. Though saying this, it was interesting; just not...um...cry worthy.

The actual story, the one with Ash falling in love, is beautiful. Let’s you inside his mind, even more so, and makes you understand why he’s like he is—in the last story, the first part not so much.

Tory is a great character, and a perfect match for Ash. She’s understanding, stands up for what she believe in and loves with a locality that goes beyond anything he has ever meet before. at least when it comes to a lover.

I really did like the book, but I enjoyed the last part so much better than any of the rest, it wasn’t that it shouldn’t be read, but to me, well... I’ve already said.

This read: I didn’t read the whole of this book I only read the actual story of him falling in love. and nothing has really changed from this read to the next. I actually really like the two characters. I think they are good together and more so that they work so well.

It was also quite different not having all of the Artimis stuff in the front of my mind when I read this book, though I remember it all, it made the tale something more....I think you can say. Because you didn’t have every detail in line. but then you kinda need it all. not so much for Ash’s story to be told. Or for any real question behind the tale, but more so that you can have all of Ash and therefore his tale ends.

For that point it needs the rest of the book. So that you can finally, truly, understand all that went into making him the man that he is today. For reason why he did a few things from a book past—I want to say, but if you haven’t read the book it will ruin it. And that will suck for something that I don’t have to go into.

It’s a great book, and it’s one that should be read if you have been reading the series.

Saying this though, the whole books seemed to be all about him. and yeah, I get it. but at the end he’s meant to want all the world for this woman and he gave her a chose, but did he really? was he truly able to stand with her if she did what she had wanted from her childhood.
I don’t think so.
She would have lost everything just so that he wouldn’t have to be seen as what he was. he wouldn’t have to explain and since he ended up not being a....
Yeah. It just seemed that no matter what she did it wasn’t really her chose even though he sorta gave it to her.
