Vol.5: RIGHT ARM OF THE GIANT
Ichigo Kurosaki thought that Soul Reapers were the only ones hunting Hollows, but he was wrong. Enter Uryū Ishida, a Quincy, and possibly the last member of a powerful clan that died out over 200 years ago. Unlike Soul Reapers who strive to cleanse Hollows of their sins and send them to the Soul Society, Quincies adopt a more direct approach - they kill Hollows without hesitation. To demonstrate the supremacy of the Quincies' ways, Uryū challenges Ichigo to a contest - bait is spread around the city, attracting a large number of unstable Hollows. Whoever defeats the most wins, regardless of the danger.

Also, Orihime and Chad, confronted with a host of Hollows terrorizing their friends, awaken to their own psychic abilities. Who is the strongest? Find this out and more in the action-packed fifth volume of Tite Kubo's Bleach!

Last time
Fifteen-year-old Ichigo ‘Strawberry’ Kuroski can see ghosts. Otherwise, he was a typical (?) high school student until the day a Hollow—a malevolent lost soul—came to eat him, and the Soul Reaper Rukia Kuchiki stepped into his life. To defeat the Hollow and save his family, Ichigo let Rukia transfer some of her Soul Reaper powers to him. But when Rukia was left powerless, she recruited Ichigo for her war against the murderous, soul-gobbling Hollows.
Ichigo gradually hones his skills in spiritual combat. Now he encounters the Quincy Uryû Ishida, who can destroy a Hollow with a single shot. And this formidable being has already informed Ichigo that he hates Soul Reapers!

This time
These two books tie into themselves lovely. They are of the same storyline, and they really do need to run off each other.
Book 5 starts off where we left last volume, to the point of Ichigo trying to figure out who Uryû is. When they finally get face to face Uryû unleashes a challenge and a powder that brings Hollows down on them.
Naturally this freaks Ichigo out because of his sisters. But he’s forgetting his own powers and there are two others that need his help. Though technically, they already have.

A lot of this book, though it has the fast paced action, is more about the work up. More about the information’s about the other characters, and Quincy’s and why Uryû is the only one left.
This volume seemed more set around Chad, Orihime & Rukia, as the sky’s open up and Hollows sworm the clouds. It’s more about their fight in the whole show, than the other two boys. Though they are in it. sorta.

Vol 6 is about Ichigo and Uryû, more about Uryû own battle with what he is and his own losses and Ichigo with his piles of power and the fact that he isn’t a real Soul Reaper.
This one is fast passed and based completely around the battle, with Ichigo screaming at Uryû to understand that he’s willing to fight as a team. But is Uryû??

The end, and I mean the last chapters brings us into the next story line, and it’s interesting and it’s a tease of a taste that makes me what the next lot, but alas, I have no money and I’m not far enough into the series (which is up to 57) to be able to go to my local and get the next volume, I have to order them.

When we continues...
Life In the human world has been a mixed bag of experiences for ex-Soul Reaper Rukia Kuchiki. Now that Menos Grande has been dealt with, Rukia figures that things will be easier on everyone if she stays out of the way. But that’s not how the Soul Society sees it—as far as they’re concerned, Rukia is a rogue agent, having committed the grand transgression of transferring the powers of a Soul Reaper to a human. Two of the Soul Society’s strongest operatives are sent to both retrieve Rukia and permanently neutralize Ichigo. But what will happen when Uryû, the Quincy, tries to intervene?!
