It’s week 59!!! and for you lovely people we are
going into fighting for the ones you want. Kinda the opposite to the movie “He’s Not That Into You.” or maybe we
want to see the over the top characters who are over the top about each other,
regardless of the situation. the ones who can’t keep their hands off each
other. The ones you know will we sitting on the park bench feeding the ducks
well into the years the dusty years.
We are looking at the characters who’d die for each
other, they are just that into their partner.
I’m again at a loss, I’m not sure if it’s because I
just don’t want to see my characters like that, or if I just don’t have any
over the top, but for me Phil and Craig come close. Craig left his life as a
hunter, his father—everything he ever knew to be with Phil, a werewolf, someone
he should have killed on sight.
Only he didn’t, he fell in love, and there isn’t
anything either of them wouldn’t do for the other. the scene I’ve choice is one
of the sappiest things I’ve ever written, and I thought it might reflect that
love even as the rest of the book hold true to the fight to keep on another.
“Wha’cha doin’?”
“Moving over so you can lie with me,” Phil puffed as he kept on with
the struggling.
A startled gasp came from him when he suddenly shifted until his
shoulder crunched up against the wall next to his bed. The mattress shifted and
the blankets pulled a little as Craig got comfortable on his side facing Phil.
The heat from Craig’s body made Phil tingle all over as naked legs
brushed together. His breath hitched as Craig laid his hand on Phil’s belly,
his fingers sprayed out, touching the skin underneath it. Phil shifted, getting
comfortable, his hip brushing the cloth covering Craig’s dick. He moaned deep
in his throat and held completely still as he felt it hardening.
“You’re not well enough,” Craig whispered as Phil’s fingers went into
his hair and awkwardly moved his face closer to that they could kiss.
“It’s just a kiss.”
Craig laughed softly.
Phil could feel his lips—they were that close.
“There’s nothing just about a kiss with you, love.”
Some quick pimping…
Craig couldn’t predict setting a werewolf free would lead to this much trouble.
Two months after the kidnapping of his best friend’s mate, Phil can’t stop thinking about the Hunter that set him free. He can’t get the smell out of his nose, and it’s driving him nuts.
Craig’s only ever known one thing: hunting werewolves. He was born into it, raised to do nothing but kill the beasts—so why the hell did he set one free? Worse, why can’t he stop thinking about it?
When Phil and Craig meet up again, they start events that will slowly entangle all of them in the war that’s about to unfold—as long as they manage to survive the first wave
