     The whys
First up, a few notes on what I had thought:
So this book held nothing for me. The vampire are created because there alien fathers had children with human’s but there are only a few human’s that can actually have children and they like get pulled and bond to those particular human female. Though they also have this habit, especially the purer blood ones that they go crazy and become rouges, which is what they fight to protect human’s from. It’s odd and it’s all about him fighting the need to go crazy and not wanting her to be with him, and then realising, when she gets taken, that she’s all he has ever wanted.
It really did nothing for me. like the book, the love and his struggle was good, I’ll give the book that, but the information, the idea’s around it, the way... yeah, I just couldn’t find it in myself to read another one of these books, not even after I read the teaser of the next book in the back of this one, and normally I love those, they suck you up, but this one... nadda.

Actually I really think that’s the reason and that’s I didn’t continue is all above. What’s the point into reading something you just don’t care about? What’s the point in wasting everyone’s time in me reading something I’m not particularly going to write just because...
I’ve never done well when reading something because of the hip played by others. Really, if it’s not doing anything for me at the shop it’s going to do even less for me at home. And by the time I read it and it’s not really....yeah, what’s the point. Nothing but review after review of me telling you I didn’t like it, but you might!
But that’s me, I know people out there actually really like this series. They like the concept—me? I just don’t do the whole alien thing, which sucks because there’s a series I would mind reading, but I’m hesitant because it’s all set in space and...yeah...
