                Synopsis
In a world where angels are beyond redemption, Alex thinks he's found one that might deserve mercy. Alex is a ruthless assassin - of angels. Forget everything you've heard about them before. Angels are not benign celestial creatures, but fierce stalkers whose irresistible force allows them to feed off humans, draining them of their vitality until there is barely anything left. As far as Alex is concerned, the only good angel is a dead angel...until he meets Willow. She may look like a normal teenager but Willow is no ordinary girl. Half-angel, half-human, Willow may hold the key to defeating the evil angels. But as the hunter and the hunted embark on an epic and dangerous journey and Willow learns the dark and terrifying secrets of her past, Alex finds himself drawn to Willow...with devastating consequences.

Back cover: Willow knows she’s different from other girls. And not just because she loves tinkering around with cars. Willow has a gift. She can look into people’s futures; know their dreams, their hopes and their regrets, just by touching them. She has no idea where she gets this power from...

But Alex does. Gorgeous, mysterious Alex knows Willow’s secret and is on a mission to stop her. The dark forces within Willow make her dangerous – and irresistible. In spite of himself, Alex finds he is falling in love with his sworn enemy.

      my Thoughts (review)

So, where to start. This book was... wow! It blew my mind; I loved it, and being that I’m really not a great fan of Angel it’s saying a lot. Or maybe I like this concept of them. Like they aren’t evil thinking there doing the right things. They are evil, not that they see sucking the life energy out of human’s as evil, just the way of life (for them at least).

Anyway, this is the first, true romance that I have read in teen romance in a long time. it’s much more based around the two telling each other what they are thinking and then getting to know each other, though it’s done in a way that’s... well, nice, letting you into their heads and filling your own heart up with the emotions of the book.

Okay, so the main characters of this book are great. There are four of them all up. Willow, the girl with a life meant to be bigger than she could ever know, and her dealing with all that’s dumped on her. Amazing, than Alex, the assassin, a character that becomes more as the book goes on – he’s not one to have everything lying open. Then there’s Raziel, the angel that began the church, the one that wants nothing to have it ruined, even if.... yeah, you will have to read the book to find out more about him. He’s got to many spoilers attached to him. Then his assistant. They are all great stories, and though it’s book on them travelling, it’s never really filled with it, like some travelling stories, it ends up being too much, this book... well it was prefect in all its aspects.

I loved it, though it wasn’t as good – in my option – as let’s say... Divergent. It was a great and should be read by all. Something just the same and so different. It’s great!
