Synopsis
Sure,
lots of people say they want to be the King of the Pirates, but how many have
the guts to do what it takes? When Monkey D. Luffy first set out to sea in a
leaky rowboat, he had no idea what might lie over the horizon. Now he’s got a
crew—sort of—in the form of swords-man Roronoa Zolo and treasure-hunting thief
Nami. If he wants to prove himself on the high seas, Luffy will have to defeat
the weird pirate lord Buggy the Clown. He’ll have to find a map to the Grand
Line, the sea rout where the toughest pirates sail. And he’ll have to face the
Dread Captian Usopp, who claims to be a notorious pirate captian...but,
frankly, Usopp says a lot of thing....

Luff vowed to become a pirate himself. That was before the enchanted Devil

to swim—a serious handicap for an aspiring sea dog. Undeterred, Luffy set out
to sea, where he found an unlikely partner in the fearsome partner in the
fearsome pirate hunter Roronoa Zolo....
Now
Luffy and Zolo are under attack by the ruthless pirate lord Buggy the Clown.
Captain Buggy has also eaten the Devil Fruit—and gained the power to split his
body into pieces like a jigsaw puzzle! How can Luffy fight a foe who’s
literally all over the place? How can he trust Nami, the fast-talking thief who
stole Buggy’s ship? As Volume 3 on ONE PIECE opens, the battle with Buggy is
raging...and it’s only the beginning of Luffy’s problem.
My thoughts....this
is the BIG battle between Luffy and Buggy the clown! it’s hilarious how they
finally beat him! So funny you nearly wet yourself (or at least, you laugh out
loud no matter where you are, which means, you get those looks from others)
we find a deserted island that's not all that deserted
we also sail off into the disance and land on as island that's where we meet Usopp's and find out what the bulter's really been up to for the last 3 yrs.
oh, and we can't forget Usopp's crew--Pepper, Carrot & Onion they are a awesome trio if I do say so myself.
When it continues....the
Black Cats Pirates have landed...but if they want the village, they’ll have to
go through Luffy and his crew! How will Usopp’s slingshot, Zolo’s swords,
Nami’s cunning, and Luffy’s elastic punch fare against the twisted mind and
razor-sharp claws of Captain Kuro?
